About flavorghost...

You may be asking yourself: "who IS flavorghost.?"

Right off the bat you should know this; flavorghost. is not a “snob blog”; impressing Iron Chefs or “hard-nosed food critics” is not what we’re after (although some of them may actually find value in here) we are just regular people who understand food and who are mostly after the dining experience.

Hopefully you would think of flavorghost. as a trusted group of friends that give their God’s honest opinion.  We don’t have any affiliations or loyalties to anyone in the food business--we are just your average consumer who enjoy going out with loved ones, having a good meal, a good drink and a good story to tell, all without breaking the bank.

We are also very unassuming--in fact, if you were trying to figure out who tha hell we were I guarantee you wouldn’t be able to; we are “the unlikely”, “the invisibles” and quite frankly we like it that way… Restaurant owners beware—you won’t even know what hit you J

Whether it’s the simple “mom and pop” restaurant, the “hot new thing”,  the hot dog street vendor or a two month waiting list, limited sitting, 5 course prefixed meal restaurant, everything food related has a value and we try to be objective about it, bringing some perspective to each experience--I think that’s what we would like to do here… share with you our experiences, recipes, opinions, trials and tribulations and besides this is OUR blog so we can do and say whatever tha F we want!
